Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, providing detailed information about services, and converting leads into members. Daily tasks will include greeting visitors, handling inquiries, conducting studio tours, and maintaining customer databases. The Sales Associate will also assist in the planning and execution of wellness events and promotional activities to increase membership and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales skills and a proven track record in customer service
• Knowledge of wellness and fitness industry trends and practices
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in event planning and promotional activities is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
