Description
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Utsaah, you will have the opportunity to lead Reformer Pilates classes and one-on-one sessions, adapting routines for clients of all levels, supporting their recovery, mobility, strength, and posture-based goals. You will collaborate with therapists and yoga instructors to create holistic journeys, participate in events, workshops, and experiential classes, and ensure safe, form-focused movement in a supportive environment. Educating clients about equipment, anatomy, and breath-integrated techniques will be an essential part of your role, creating a welcoming, respectful, and grounded practice culture. To succeed in this role, you should be a Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with over 3 years of hands-on experience, possessing confidence, compassion, and mindfulness towards client needs. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are required, with clear cueing being essential. A passion for movement science, breathwork, and body alignment, as well as comfort working with premium clientele, are key attributes of the ideal candidate.
