Teaching and Class Management:

• Leading Pilates classes (reformer, etc.) for various experience levels.
• Creating and adapting class plans to suit diverse needs and abilities.
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Providing clear instructions and modifications for exercises.
• Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere to encourage client engagement.

Client Interaction and Program Development:

• Assessing clients' fitness levels, goals, and any physical limitations.
• Developing personalized Pilates programs tailored to individual needs.
• Providing guidance on proper form and technique during exercises.
• Offering motivation and encouragement to help clients achieve their goals.
• Tracking client progress and making adjustments to work out plans as needed.

Professional Development and Studio/clinic Maintenance:

• Staying up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and research.
• Collaborating with other instructors to enhance class offerings.
• Participating in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Health screenings and lifestyle advice.
• Verbal screening of participants for safety.
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals (in some settings).
• Participating in community events to promote the studio

Certificate’s like ACSM or ACE, First Aid & CPR/AED and other will give more advantage
