Certified Pilates Instructor

Pilates Instructor based in Lucknow

The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, providing personalized training in yoga and Pilates techniques, and guiding clients to achieve their physical wellness goals. The role also involves demonstrating proper exercise methods, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, and maintaining high levels of customer engagement. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with physical therapy exercises as needed.

Salary Range: 30-40K INR

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pilates Instruction.
• Experience in conducting Group Exercise classes and leading participants of varying skill levels
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy practices and their integration into exercise routines
• Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining a positive, approachable attitude
• Teaching experience and the ability to effectively communicate fitness concepts to individuals and groups
• Relevant certifications in Yoga and/or Pilates are highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and fitness needs
• Passion for promoting wellness and fostering a supportive environment
