To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in fitness/wellness instruction, with at least 6 months dedicated to teaching Pilates. Possessing a certification in Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer) is essential, while a background in Physiotherapy will be a valuable asset, especially in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and client-specific modifications. Tracking client progress, offering constructive feedback, and maintaining studio cleanliness and safety protocols are integral parts of your responsibilities.
