Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor at our New Delhi studio. The Pilates Instructor will lead reformer and mat Pilates sessions for individuals and groups, tailoring classes to varying fitness levels and individual goals. Responsibilities include creating and delivering engaging, safe, and effective exercise programs, guiding clients on proper form and technique, and fostering a welcoming and supportive class environment. Additional tasks include providing fitness assessments, collaborating with other wellness practitioners, and contributing to the growth of Utsaah's wellness community.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise.
• Experience or background in Physical Therapy and Teaching.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Relevant certifications or training in Pilates and fitness instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
• Passion for promoting wellness, health, and sustainable fitness habits.
• Basic understanding of breathwork or holistic wellness practices is a plus.
