Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to identify business opportunities.
  
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored solutions.
  
• Manage and nurture leads from generation to conversion.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
  
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets & KPIs.
  

Who You Are

• MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management)

  from a recognized B-School.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
  
• Passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth.
  
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Comfortable working with

  MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital tools.

• A proactive self-starter with a learning mindset and a drive to excel.
