Sales Associate

• Handle footfalls at the dealerships and dealership

related activities.

• Lead generation through promotional activities/

walk-in customer/ cold calls etc.

• Work closely with dealers Sales team and Finance

coordinator for generation of adequate leads.

• Be PAD [Present at the time of delivery].
• Collect daily sales figures from the dealerships

where he / she is handling.

• Should not move out of Dealership unless for Joint

cold calls with Sales team during Promo events.

• Facilitate collection of KYC and minimum back

papers and pass it on to our Field Executive for

further process.

• Facilitate appointment of customer for Field

Investigation/ Documentation as per customers

convenience.

• Collect Pre and Post Delivery Documents.
• Explore favorable cross selling opportunities with

the customers.

• Constantly upgrade the market knowledge on the

financial products

• Escalate any important update to Branch Manager.
• Get dressed formally and present self pleasingly.

Skill Set Required

• Knowledge of lending. • Relationship Building Skills. • Digital acumen (mobile). • Communication skills (esp. native language). • Presentation Skills. • Experience: 0 - 3 years in BFSI/ FMCG/ Auto • Education: 10+2/ Diploma/ Graduate. • Age: 18-25
