Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth strategies. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales performance across diverse channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of current market trends.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports for management decision-making.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s branding, messaging, and market positioning.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, needs, and behavior
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing in solar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading sales or marketing .
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
• Multilingual capabilities or market experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
