The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate with specific experience in the stocklot paper and plastic industries to join our team. This role offers a base salary of ₹12,000 per month plus a lucrative commission structure, rewarding your industry expertise and sales drive.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and expand sales channels specifically within the stocklot paper and plastic sectors.
• Source, negotiate, and close sales deals involving excess, clearance, or stocklot inventory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and suppliers in the stocklot market.
• Coordinate closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure product availability, quality checks, and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates via CRM or Google Sheets.
• Meet aggressive sales targets focused on clearing stocklot inventory efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience in stocklot paper, plastic, or related stock surplus markets (minimum 1-2 years).
• Strong network in plastics and paper stocklot buyers preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a performance-based compensation model.
• Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel for tracking sales activities.
