Company Description Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that handles the entire consumer journey from Search & Discovery to Transactions, Mortgages, Home furnishing, Rentals, and Property Management. The company facilitates over 15,000 transactions worth US1bn+ annually, with a global presence in markets like the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Square Yards leverages Data Analytics and VR tools to disrupt traditional marketplaces and is expanding its B2C platforms to become category leaders. Role Description- This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building client relationships, presenting products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to driving sales and contributing to the growth of the business. Qualifications- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Skills required- Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets Experience in real estate or property management industry is a plus Minimum 6 month or currently working candidate.
