Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, offering a combination of office work in New Delhi and some work from home arrangements. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities also include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and lead generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to strategize and execute marketing and sales plans
• Proficiency in analytical skills and market research
• Experience using CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the laminates or building materials industry is a plus
