Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive business growth by promoting and selling paramedical products, equipment, and services to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and corporate healthcare providers. The role combines sales expertise with healthcare knowledge, ensuring strong client relationships and effective market penetration. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales by bringing and successfully implementing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

· Identify and target potential B2B clients (hospitals, clinics, labs, corporate wellness programs).

· Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to paramedical products/services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, brochures, and digital promotions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Gather client feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in healthcare.
  • Provide insights to management for product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of paramedical products, medical devices, or healthcare services.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with medical professionals and institutional buyers.
  • Analytical mindset for market research and strategic planning.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic healthcare environments.
  • Ability to travel

Qualifications & Needs

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Paramedical Studies, or Business Administration.
  • MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in medical/paramedical sales and marketing.
  • Personal Vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
