Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Dehri. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets. The role involves customer engagement and providing tailored solutions to ensure their financial security. Additionally, individuals will maintain accurate records of sales and accounts and stay updated with LIC’s range of services and industry trends.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage client relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills to meet or exceed sales targets
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and meet customer needs effectively
• Organizational skills to manage accounts and sales records accurately
• Understanding of financial services and insurance products is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in sales, financial services, or customer service roles is advantageous
