Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate at Sparsh International, located in New Delhi. The candidate will handle client inquiries, generate leads, and close sales to meet company targets. They will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Associate will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences, both from the office and remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Reporting
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
