Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Thrissur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product and service details, closing sales deals, maintaining customer relationships, and tracking sales performance. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, presenting proposals, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Associate will keep up-to-date with market trends and help in achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques and closing deals
• Knowledge of the construction industry and related services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior sales experience in the construction industry is a plus
