Job Description

Job Summary:-

The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing customer

follow-ups, creating detailed proposals, and preparing engaging presentations and reports. The ideal

candidate will have advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, exceptional communication abilities,

and a Masters degree in a relevant field. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional

attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to both internal and external

stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:-

Customer Follow-ups:

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and

in-person meetings.

  • Track customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are addressed efficiently.

Proposal Creation & Documentation:

  • Develop, compile, and maintain accurate sales proposals and quotations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to tailor proposals

according to client needs and market demands.

  • Ensure proposals are accurate, engaging, and aligned with company standards.

Presentations & Reporting:

  • Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint that effectively

communicate product benefits and sales strategies.

  • Generate sales reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, incorporating data

analysis to highlight trends and opportunities.

  • Maintain Sales pipeline using Salesforce and update the same on regular basis

Sales Support Activities:

  • Assist in coordinating sales activities, meetings, and events.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring

data integrity and up-to-date client information.

  • Provide administrative support such as organizing meetings, scheduling calls, and

preparing documentation for internal and client-facing meetings.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team and other departments,

ensuring alignment on client deliverables.

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting

with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:-

Educational Background:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related discipline.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating proposals, follow-up processes, and sales

reports.
