Job Description

Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, and will play a key role in helping our customers find the right products while driving sales for the company. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs. Achieve sales targets set by the management. Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and policies regarding payment and exchanges. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays. Assist in inventory management including stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
