Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Durgapur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for activities such as meeting with clients, presenting and Advise products , handling client inquiries, and managing sales transactions. Daily tasks include building relationships with potential investors and creating marketing strategies . Additional duties may include negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and staying up-to-date with market trends . Qualifications Sales and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Marketing, Lead Generation, and Networking skills Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with property management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in Financial industry and banking related works Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
