The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, assisting with interior design consultations, promoting our stretch ceiling solutions, and handling sales transactions. The role involves coordinating with the design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and customer service experience Basic knowledge of interior design principles and trends Ability to work collaboratively with design and installation teams Effective time management and organizational skills Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred Show more Show less
