Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kochi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and understanding their needs to recommend suitable products. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, updating product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness. The Sales Associate will also assist with inventory management and participate in sales promotions and events.

• Sales Techniques and Product Knowledge
• Inventory Management and Organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for natural health and nutrition products
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
