Position: Sales Associate

Location: DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida

Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team at DLF Mall of India. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities

Greet, assist, and guide customers through the shopping experience.

Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets.

Maintain store presentation, stock displays, and merchandising standards.

Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately.

Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product returns.

Build strong product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and local market trends.

Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in retail sales/customer service (freshers may apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.

Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
