Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interfacing with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and presenting suitable options. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, handling client inquiries, negotiating terms, closing sales transactions, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience with Client Communication, Customer Service, and Relationship Management skills
Proficient in Sales Strategies, Negotiation, and Closing Techniques
Strong understanding of Property Market Analysis and Real Estate Trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
