Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with international clients—investors, individuals, and corporate entities—interested in purchasing residential or commercial real estate in the United States. The ideal candidate has strong cross-cultural communication skills, an understanding of global markets, and a proven track record in sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage international buyers and investors interested in U.S. real estate opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the full sales cycle—from prospecting and property selection to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of international clients via networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and travel (if required).
  • Provide expert knowledge on U.S. real estate laws, financing options for foreign buyers, immigration-related investment (EB-5, etc.), and local market trends.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and mortgage brokers to facilitate cross-border transactions.
  • Prepare and present property listings, investment packages, and market analyses tailored to client needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, real estate laws, tax implications for foreign nationals, and visa-related investment programs.
  • Represent the company at international property expos, webinars, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Valid U.S. real estate license (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Fresher or 2+ years experience in residential or commercial real estate sales (international experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of international sales protocols, cross-border financing, and cultural sensitivities.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet monthly sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
