Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting hotel services. The role also involves preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and participating in networking events and exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and generate leads
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
