Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Gouri Construction, located in Belghoria, Kolkata. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential home buyers, presenting property features and benefits, providing financing options, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. Additional tasks may include maintaining a strong understanding of the current real estate market, answering client inquiries, and supporting marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Property Management
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in clients and guide them during site visits
• Understand customer requirements and explain project details confidently
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive closures
• Assist buyers in booking and documentation
• Maintain customer data and feedback
• Participate in property events and promotional activities
• Keep updated with pricing, revisions, and offers

Salary & Benefits:
