Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Srinagar, Baramulla, Kupwara, Budgam, Shopian and Anantnag. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting and demonstrating automotive products, and providing solutions tailored to customer preferences. The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and maintaining knowledge of the company's product offerings. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Proven sales abilities, including upselling and closing deals
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and product specifications
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance targets
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer needs
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Local industry knowledge and fluency in relevant languages are advantageous
