I’m helping TribeTokes find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sales Associate. This is a cool job because you’ll get to drive sales and build relationships in the booming cannabis wellness industry. Compensation: Hidden. Location: Remote (anywhere). What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in CRM (Customer relationship management), customer service, multi-channel outreach, and sales. English - Fully fluent. Responsibilities and more: Essential Qualifications: Demonstrated sales experience with proven results. Fluent/native-level English communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text). Key Responsibilities: Convert inbound leads through effective phone consultations. Execute consistent follow-up via calls and emails. Adhere to company systems and sales templates. Demonstrate initiative in improving sales processes. Help develop and refine sales SOPs. Manage existing customer relationships. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain meticulous organization within CRM and spreadsheets. Develop comprehensive knowledge of cannabis product offerings. Build authentic connections with prospects and customers. Apply relationship-building and consultative sales techniques. Industry Knowledge: Cannabis product expertise (or ability to quickly develop it). Understanding of cannabis market and consumer preferences. Show more Show less
