Location: Remote (India)

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Mon-Fri


About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, a strong understanding of technology-driven solutions, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a proactive sales approach to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT Services & Consulting sector.
  • Assist senior sales managers in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Conduct client research, generate leads, prepare proposals, and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Support lead generation campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT solutions.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, or technology consulting services.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of cloud services, enterprise software, or digital consulting solutions.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales targeting mid to large enterprises.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
