Job Description

Triumph Bardhaman is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our premium motorcycle showroom. The role requires a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and provide detailed product information.
• Conduct test rides and explain features, specifications, and benefits of Triumph motorcycles.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Maintain strong follow-up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers.
• Ensure smooth coordination of sales documentation and vehicle delivery process.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to promote brand loyalty.
• Support showroom events, promotions, and local marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (automobile sales experience preferred).
• Own 2-Wheeler with DRIVING LICENSE IS COMPULSORY
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality with customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication.
• Passion for premium motorcycles and lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
