Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, scheduling meetings with potential clients, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in market research and lead generation
• Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
