Sales Associate

Job Summary:We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to promote and sell our accounting software and outsourced accounting services. This is a field sales role that involves lead generation, client visits, product demonstrations, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interaction and motivated by achieving targets and earning incentives. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activities Visit potential clients to pitch our accounting software and outsourcing solutions Deliver compelling product presentations and service demos tailored to client needs Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions from our offerings Build and nurture long-term client relationships Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets Maintain records of client interactions and update sales tracking systems Gather feedback from the market and report customer needs to the internal team Requirements:Experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or financial services Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented with a willingness to work in the field Basic knowledge of accounting concepts is an added advantage Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce background preferred) Must be comfortable with regular travel for client meetings
