Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, assisting customers with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other team members to enhance the sales process.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
• Salesmanship, Product Knowledge, and Persuasion skills
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic Computer Skills and knowledge of Sales Software
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or trading industry is an advantage
