Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalol. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, educating customers on various insurance products, and driving sales to meet monthly targets. Tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing and presenting customized insurance plans, maintaining client portfolios, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Local Candidates from Kalol,Kadi and Gandhinagar are preferred
• Sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Self-motivated with a customer-oriented approach
• Organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in local language and English
