Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to support product-based sales, engage walk-in or referred clients through effective communication, and serve as a key touchpoint between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate will combine interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a consultative sales approach to convert interactions into long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Communication & Product Understanding Tasks: Understand and clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers. Assist walk-in or referred clients by identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions. Present products in a persuasive manner using active listening and value-based selling. Provide support in product trials, demos, or onboarding activities as needed. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Tasks: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support. Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs. Maintain a friendly and solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions. Target Achievement & Market Awareness Tasks: Achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs as set by the management. Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and market trends to better serve clients. Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and services. Adapt sales techniques based on customer behavior and feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand product offerings and communicate value effectively.
