Sales Associate

  1. Research and identify potential leads across targeted industries and geographies.
  2. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
  3. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems accurately.
  4. Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and tracking deal progress.
  5. Support end-to-end sales operations, including documentation, invoicing and reporting.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-ups and client communication.
  7. Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly lead and conversion targets


Requirements:


  • 0–1 year of experience in

    lead generation, inside sales, or sales coordination

    (internship experience also considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
