Sales Assoc Coordinator

As a Customer Executive at PepsiCo, your role involves handling single/multiple distributors of varying business scales. You will represent PepsiCo in the market, plan, deploy, and execute joint business plans, and drive sustainable sales capability. Your key responsibility will be to help distributors expand their businesses by coaching and collaborating with the DB and/or the team of sales representatives. Your efforts will be crucial in resolving market challenges and ensuring incremental business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering Secondary monthly targets and Gross Revenue growth - Planning routes efficiently to increase productivity - Increasing Net Distribution by expanding the number of outlets served - Increasing Weighted Distribution by enhancing SKU count in existing outlets - Ensuring stock availability and Rack Execution as per planogram - Building relationships in the market to maximize customer satisfaction In terms of Training & Communication, you will: - Conduct one-on-one training for PSRs to develop their business understanding and sales capability - Set monthly targets for each salesperson - Work with salesmen in the market to coach them on market execution - Monitor salesmen's performance using regular sales reports - Communicate incentives and motivate salesmen to achieve targets Regarding the Distributor, your responsibilities will include: - Managing Distributor/Hub/Spokes appointments and retirements for territories - Ensuring the health of DB (ROI) by adhering to the Joint Business plan - Collaborating in the recruitment and retention of sales representatives - Minimizing expiry/stales by adhering to FIFO and stacking norms of products - Tracking correct and timely delivery of orders in the market - Ensuring food compliance of every distributor - Facilitating the development of the distributor on PepsiCo sales competencies Qualifications required for this role: - Any undergraduate degree - Post Graduation from Tier 2/3 College - Preferably an MBA,
