Sales Assistant

1. Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new clients, pitching our advertising and branding services, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through field visits, calls, and networking.
• Pitch company services effectively (e.g. auto hood branding, banner printing, hoardings, digital branding).
• Generate leads, fix meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to close deals within timelines.
• Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain daily activity reports and update client data systematically.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Basic knowledge of branding and advertising services (training will be provided)
• Good local market knowledge

4. Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years in sales, outdoor advertising, printing sales, branding services, or marketing roles. Freshers with good communication and strong interest in branding/advertising sales can apply.
• Language: Hindi, Gujarati, Basic English.

5.Working Days & Timing

• Monday to Saturday
• [Timing, 10 AM – 8 PM]

6. Growth Opportunities

• Promotion to Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager based on performance and targets achieved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
