Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain employee records and ensure documentation (offer letters, joining forms, ID cards, etc.) Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and timely hiring Plan and execute training, induction, and employee engagement activities Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination Resolve employee grievances professionally and maintain a healthy work culture Assist in performance appraisal and goal-setting processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR audit requirements Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations Familiarity with HR software (MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS tools) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization Good understanding of statutory compliance is a plus Qualifications: Graduate or M.B.A. in Human Resources / Business Administration 1–3 years of experience in HR (Advertising or Creative Industry preferred) Fresher with strong internship experience can also apply (for Executive role) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 26/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
