Human Resources Specialist

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation (offer letters, joining forms, ID cards, etc.)
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and timely hiring
• Plan and execute training, induction, and employee engagement activities
• Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination
• Resolve employee grievances professionally and maintain a healthy work culture
• Assist in performance appraisal and goal-setting processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR audit requirements

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Familiarity with HR software (MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS tools)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Good understanding of statutory compliance is a plus

Qualifications:

• Graduate or M.B.A. in Human Resources / Business Administration
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (Advertising or Creative Industry preferred)
• Fresher with strong internship experience can also apply (for Executive role)
