As a Sales Associate for Damiani Group at our Boutique in Printemps Haussmann, Paris, you will play a crucial role in representing the Damiani brand in all client interactions, showcasing exceptional sales skills and embodying the Damiani sales ceremony. Your dedication will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing monthly individual and Boutique sales targets through extraordinary service, selling expertise, and a positive attitude rooted in the sales process. Your role will require a deep understanding of our products and the ability to present them with finesse, maintaining the high standards expected of a Damiani Brand Ambassador. By successfully cultivating both new and existing client relationships, you will ensure a unique and unforgettable client experience at every touchpoint. Handling client needs, objections, and negotiations with ease will be key in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the brand's reputation. In addition to sales, you will be responsible for client relationship management, utilizing Damiani CRM initiatives to nurture client connections. Collaborating with Management, you will develop personalized plans for clients and prospects, capturing and leveraging client data effectively. Your involvement in in-store and offsite events and networking activities will further enhance client engagement and loyalty. In terms of daily boutique operations, you will uphold all security and operational policies and procedures set by the Damiani Group. Your assistance in merchandising, maintaining displays, and managing back-stock will contribute to a seamless boutique environment. Active participation in inventories and cycle counts will ensure operational efficiency, while your flexibility to assist with special projects as needed will demonstrate your commitment to the team. Reporting plays a vital role in your role, as you will be required to provide daily reports to HQ and Local management. Your responsibility for specific duties and assignments will contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
