Sales Application Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining Integral Process Controls India Pvt. Ltd. (IPC) as a Sales Application Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting sales initiatives, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring optimal application of products to meet customer challenges. Your expertise will be vital in driving the company's commercial success and contributing to its continued growth. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate, competitive, and compelling techno-commercial quotations and project proposals to support sales activities. - Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. - Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Design, Quality, Costing, Purchase, and Sales to develop winning strategies and offers. - Serve as a key technical point of contact for customers, providing expert pre-sales support and addressing inquiries with clarity. - Lead Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) to facilitate seamless project handover from sales to execution. - Maintain and update CRM systems, including the Enquiry Tracker and GeM Tracker, to ensure data integrity. - Review and validate technical specifications of customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy before processing. - Organize, file, and manage all documentation related to customer enquiries and proposals. Qualifications & Experience: - A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, or Technical Support role, preferably in the Valves industry. - Demonstrated ability to create precise techno-commercial offers and understand customer requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams.,
