Experienced Field Sales Engineer – Valves Industry

Role Overview

Field Sales Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and convert sales opportunities in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users, OEMs, EPC Contractors, and Consultants.
Regular customer visits for relationship management and business expansion.
Ensure movement of stock and timely collection of payments.
Coordinate approvals and collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
Develop new customers and distributors in the region.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
Science graduates with 6+ years of valve industry field sales experience will also be considered.
4–6 years of B2B industrial sales experience (preferably in valves).
Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas sectors and valve applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively.
