Sales Marketing Engineer

As a Sales Executive at Rotanik Engineering Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the pumps and heat pump segment in the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving sales growth for domestic pumps and heat pump systems - Developing strong networks with dealers, builders, and consultants - Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into orders - Conducting client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations - Coordinating with the internal team for order execution and customer support - Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets - Maintaining CRM data and preparing sales reports To be successful in this role, you should have experience in the pump industry, HVAC, building services, plumbing products, or water solutions. A Diploma/Graduate qualification with a background in Mechanical/Electrical is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with being self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel. Freshers with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
