Sales and Support Executive

As a dynamic Sales and Support Executive at MR Softwares, you will play a crucial role in our growing IT company by handling client inquiries, providing product/service support, and driving sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for both new prospects and existing clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include handling client queries, reaching out to potential customers via calls/emails to promote IT products/services, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining records of client interactions using CRM tools, coordinating with technical and product teams for client issue resolution, and building strong customer relationships. To excel in this role, you must have a graduation degree in any stream. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, with experience in IT sales being preferred. A good command of English communication (spoken and written), strong interpersonal and customer service skills, a target-driven and goal-oriented approach, and a basic understanding of IT products/services are essential requirements.
