Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Specialist located in New Delhi. The Sales and Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer service relations, driving sales performance, providing training on equipment usage, and overseeing sales management tasks. The specialist will interact with clients to ensure satisfaction, demonstrate equipment, and offer technical support and service.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide Training on equipment usage and features
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
• Experience in the healthcare or ophthalmic industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
