About the role
The role is well suited for individuals that are keen to advance their career in sales cum service and gain hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, integrity, customer centricity and performance. This role demands the suitable candidate to take up Sales & Service management of Nepal market based out of Raxual. Extensive coverage & field work within Nepal. Candidate having past experience of working at Nepal in Packaging sector will be given the preference for employment.

• Close coordination with our Distributor in planning and devising strategy in growing the business in Nepal
• Top Account Managements Focus through Individual efforts
• Management of Installed base, customer retention & win back from competition
• Lead generation (Sales and Service) for business growth
• Market Intelligence on Competitions
• Supporting & Managing escalations for timely addressal
• Supporting the local Sales team by getting involved in Sales Situation as and when required
• Strengthening the Service Support team, identifying training needs if any and extending it through him
• Guiding local backend team

Essential:
You should have minimum experience of 3-5 years in sales & service of industrial automation & packaging machines. Should have excellent contacts/relationships with Manufacturing Industries/Packaging Machine manufacturers/Line Integrators/Industrial automation companies Speaking/writing fluently in English and local language Should possess strong communication, influencing, negotiation & presentation skills. You should be passionate about customers, technology and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve long term business relationships with customers.
