Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Gandhinagar. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining and repairing our innovative rehabilitation products. The role includes field service visits to customers' locations, delivering product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
