Job Description: As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, installing, maintaining, and servicing laboratory scientific instruments. Your goal is to support existing clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and help expand the customer base by demonstrating the value and functionality of advanced lab equipment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers in academic, research, pharmaceutical, environmental, and industrial labs. Promote a range of laboratory instruments (e.g., Ultrapure water systems , Gas Generators,spectrophotometers, centrifuges, incubators, analyzers, etc.). Deliver product presentations and demonstrations. Provide technical support during the sales process. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license (often required for site visits). Work Environment: Combination of client site visits, lab environments.
