We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Service Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. You will act as a liaison between the company and customers, helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell company products and solutions to new and existing clients. • Provide technical consultation and assistance to clients regarding product features and applications. • Conduct product demonstrations and trainings as required. • Diagnose and resolve on-site service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare and maintain detailed reports of sales activities and customer interactions. • Coordinate with the technical team for timely service and maintenance support. • Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, or related field. • 2 years of proven experience in sales and technical service of similar products. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Technical knowledge of products/services being offered. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: • Experience with CRM software and MS Office suite. • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
