Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / EXTC Experience: 12 years preferred; freshers may also apply Basic technical troubleshooting and repair skills Department: Technical / After-Sales Service Location: Andheri, Mumbai Region Covered: West Region Reporting To: Technical Manager Install, demonstrate, and commission audiological equipment at customer sites. Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Handle service calls and provide on-site or remote technical support. Maintain detailed service logs, customer reports, and spare part records. Travel frequently within the assigned region for service and support. Support the sales team by assisting in product demonstrations and customer training. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of service tools and test equipment. Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of spare parts. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
